Our Customer Service Associates and our professional shipping company partners want to ensure your furniture purchase goes smoothly and that your products are delivered safely, affordably and on time. Here's what is going to happen:

Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any damage that may have occurred to your item while in transit. If there is visible damage to the box, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at 1-866-604-6755. Also, please retain all packaging until you have fully inspected your products.
If you have any concerns with your purchase, we will do our best to address them for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges to and from our warehouse will not be refunded on a return.
Product must be returned in the original packaging.
After 14 days, we will replace your merchandise against manufacturer's defect for up to one year.
Our furniture comes with a one year warranty on manufacturing defects. Please note our warranty is voided if the item has been re-upholstered or altered in any way (for example, adding a fabric protector such as Scotch-Guard).
Our fabrics are durable, stain resistant and water repellant.
When is my order going to ship?
Your product will be handmade in our Toronto factory and requires time to be custom-made. For current shipping times, please refer to specific products on our website under "Shipping." If you've already placed an order and would like an estimated shipping date, please contact us.

Is any assembly required for your products?
Does your furniture meet all North American safety standards?
Yes. All our products meet or exceed all Canadian and American safety standards.
Does your foam or fabric contain any harmful toxins or flame retardants?
No. All of our products do not contain any harmful toxins such as PBDE's or any flame retardants. We are committed to using safe, proven and sustainable supplies for all our customers, especially the littlest ones. For more info, please visit our sustainability page.
Are any of your products available in COM (customer's own material)?
We do not offer COM. We can, however, manufacture the lumbar pillow that comes with the chair in your own supplied fabric. Please inquire about details.
What is your return policy and your warranty?
Returns must be made within 14 days in the original packaging and in original condition; all shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable.

Should I add any additional stain protection to my upholstered item like a Scotch-Guard?
No, we do not recommend treating our fabrics with any stain protectors or treatment products.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in our Toronto, Canada factory, except for the stand that holds our ninna nanna bassinet, which is currently made in Asia.
What is bonded leather?
Bonded leather is a fabric made from 80% recycled leather and high grade polyurethane.Do you reccommend any kids furniture that go well with Monte Design furniture?
