What is involved with buying furniture online?

Our Customer Service Associates want to make sure your online furniture purchase goes smoothly and at a level of service that surpasses your expectations. Here’s what is going to happen.

For an upholstered chair:
1) Once you’ve made your online purchase, your credit card will be charged.
2) You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
3) Close to delivery date, our courier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery time.
4) You bask in the joy of your new purchase.

For all other purchases:
Same as above, but our courier will not call before delivery.

Where are your products made?
Currently, all our products are made in our manufacturing facility in Toronto, Canada. In addition to purchasing directly from our website, you will find us in exclusive retailers across North America. Please email us for a retailer in your area or use our store locator.

How do I care for my furniture?
Upholstery: Always blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent, white cloth. Most stains can be spot-cleaned with a touch of mild soap and water. Tougher stains may require a mild cleaning fluid. Periodic cleaning by a professional upholstery cleaning service is recommended.

Wood Furniture: Dust often with a high-quality soft dry cloth.
Kids’ Chair Covers: To avoid shrinking and fading, turn inside out and wash separately in cold water. Do not put in dryer; lay flat to dry. Cool iron if necessary.

How do I know I will find your glider chairs comfortable?
