Our Customer Service Associates and our professional shipping company partners want to ensure your furniture purchase goes smoothly and that your products are delivered safely, affordably and on time. Here's what is going to happen:
FOR AN UPHOLSTERED CHAIR:
1. Once you've made your purchase online or over the phone, your credit card will be charged.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
3. One to three days before delivery date, our courier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery time (mon-fri, 9am-5pm).
4. YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE PLACED INSIDE YOUR FRONT DOOR ONLY; white glove service may be available in your area upon request and for an additional fee.
5. Sit down and relax in your beautiful new chair!
FOR ALL OTHER PURCHASES:
Same as above, but our courier may not call before delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any excessive damage that may have occurred to your item while in transit. If there is visible damage to the box, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at 1-866-604-6755. Also, please retain all packaging until you have fully inspected your products.
RETURNS
If you have any concerns with your purchase, we will do our best to address them for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges to and from our warehouse will not be refunded on a return.
PLEASE NOTE: Product must be returned in the original packaging.
After 14 days, we will replace your merchandise against manufacturer's defect for up to one year.
