We have partnered with a professional shipping company to ensure your products are delivered safely, affordably and on time. On the larger items, you will receive a call from the delivery company a day or two in advance to schedule an appropriate delivery time (mon-fri 9am-5pm). Deliveries are placed inside your front door only; removal of packaging and placement into the proper room is not available at this time.

Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any excessive damage that may have occurred to your item while in transit. If there is visible damage to the item, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at 1-866-604-6755. Also, please retain all packaging until you have fully inspected your products.

Returns/Exchanges

If you have any concerns with your purchase, we will do our best to address them for you. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded (to and from our warehouse) and product must be returned in the same, or similar packaging. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we will replace your merchandise against manufacturer defect for up to one year.
